Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on Jilicity. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited upon investigation.

Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) Jilicity Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different identities, or in combination with other persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Jilicity strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to:
Jilicity is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
Accounts on the Jilicity Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. Jilicity bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.
Jilicity supports a range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
The minimum deposit on Jilicity is RM50 for standard payment methods. Minimum amounts for cryptocurrency deposits are denominated in fiat-equivalent values as displayed at the time of deposit. Jilicity reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being completed and no active investigation or hold on the Account. Standard withdrawal processing targets are as follows:
These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Jilicity bears no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion.
Winnings may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the Account, or as otherwise approved by Jilicity following KYC review. Jilicity reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards offered by Jilicity are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x, 30x) of the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in total bets before any bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable.
When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM25 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. The following default contribution rates apply unless a promotion specifies otherwise:
All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry window, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Jilicity offers sports betting markets across a range of sports and competitions including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
All bets are accepted at Jilicity's sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason, including bets placed on markets affected by suspicious activity or integrity concerns.
Odds are expressed in decimal format by default. Jilicity reserves the right to correct any odds published in error before a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted at the stated odds, it will be settled at those odds regardless of subsequent price movements, unless the bet is affected by a void event or obvious error.
In-play (live) betting is available for selected events. Jilicity may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during periods of match interruption or significant market movements. Bets already confirmed prior to market suspension remain valid.
Asian Handicap bets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. In the event of match abandonment, suspended play, or incomplete events, settlement will be based on the applicable sporting governing body's official result where available, or the outcome at the time of abandonment if no official result is issued within 48 hours.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jilicity Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
Jilicity reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, AML review requirements, or at Jilicity's sole operational discretion.
Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements or withdrawal holds must be resolved. Closure does not affect any self-exclusion obligations already in place.
Upon legitimate account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their last-used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Jilicity reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jilicity holds its primary operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause limits the rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Malaysian users retain whatever statutory rights apply to them under Malaysian consumer law to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
